The event, held at the St Regis Hotel on Saadiyat Island, was designed to showcase EDGE's vision in revolutionizing defence technology. Eventagrate developed the event concept, digital branding, interactive solutions, stage presentation, and the brand's big reveal.

Customized Venue: The St Regis Hotel was transformed with LED walls, iPads for registration, and digital signages.
Entrance Tunnel: A custom-made tunnel welcomed visitors with animated graphics and brand messages.
Pre-Function Area: Featured depth screens, an LED wall, and gamified experiences for simulated technology trials.
Stage Area: Included a hologram setup, panoramic LED display, laser and lighting shows, and a drone performance supporting the CEO's presentation.
Lunch Area: Equipped with LED screens and custom media totems for continued digital branding and media display.
